    TURNOFF..?

you better have a blind fold and a long tongue...im kidding, get some proactive or clearasil or something. I'm willing to bet girls see pimples on a guy the way guys see pimples on a girl. If you got pimples from being a tweaker or shooting 'roids, thats altogether different, thats bad, it even looks different than regular ance.Lets just say it's not a deal-breaker.

    TURNOFF..?

nobody likes pimpels but after 4 or 5 years they will clear up on their own,you better hope there not big red ones coz ive seen blokes that are left permanently scarred on their face neck and back from bad pimpels,

i had some as a teenager for like 4 years and i got stick for it and i reckon some chicks were turned off but i still got laid, anyways they cleared up wen i hit 20 and now some blokes i went to school with have spots and there worse than mine ever were, you cant tell that i ever had acne but i still get the occasional spot.dont worry about it,not all people are shallow so youll still get a chick

clearasil doesnt work, its just for the person with the occasional spot
people with quite a few shouldnt use clearasil because it brings out the white heads on them and encourages the spots to grow and can leave you scarred

youll get less self concious about it as time goes by and they should clear up with time

It doesnt bother me at all. I think if someone cant look past it they are completely shallow. I start to not even notice it. It's just not something that is a big deal to me.

You need to cease consuming milk and dairy products. Go to the health section as I just wrote about this concerning RBGH in milk. I also wrote a thread on it about a month ago.

I want you to learn as much as you can about this subject on RBGH, milk and hormones.

That is what is causing the problem. You already have androgen in your system naturally but you dont need more from an external source.

It takes roughly 5-6 months after ceasing milk and dairy for this sebum to completely come to the surface. So there is a lag time.

Basically here is the run down on acne.

The hormone androgen in milk will cause overstimulation of sebum.
It also stimulates rapid keratization in the sebum gland hence clogging the pore and causing infection.

In girls/women androgen will spike at certain points during the month naturally, but with external androgen from milk and dairy makes this worse.

Without an external source of this hormone it can be managed easily.

Antibiotics, accutane and all that other crap is not the answer.

You need 10-20 grams of vitamin b-5, divided 4 times a day. Start with 10.
This is completly safe as it is a water soluble vitamin. (linus pauling institute).
Once under control you can cut back or increase when neccessary.

Enter (b-5 acne) in your search box to learn more about b-5 and what it does. There is plenty of info out there on it.

There is nothing topical that will make it go away. You have to understand hormones and how this effects your body.

    Good luck.

Also there is one guy out there on the web who says high dose b-5 is dangerous. He uses the phrase "b-5 EXPOSED"

However for information you have buy his program.

So whether that is credible youll have to decide for yourself. The Linus Pauling Institute of Oregon state University is more credible if you ask me.

But definently cease milk and dairy products.

    Later.

    TURNOFF..?

I've known so many young people--my son's friends and their whole crowd--who've cleared their skin up successfully with Proactiv. I've seen that stuff work miracles, even on kids with serious cystic acne. www.proactiv.com I know lots of dermatologists recommend it to their patients, too.

I wouldn't take the advice of the Linus Pauling organization. Megadoses of vitamins are not proven to cure acne, and may do a lot more damage than the zits.

    Quackwatch
The Dark Side of Linus Pauling's Legacy

    Stephen Barrett, M.D.

Linus Pauling, Ph.D., was the only person ever to win two unshared Nobel prizes. He received these awards for chemistry in 1954 and for peace in 1962. His recent death has stimulated many tributes to his scientific accomplishments. His impact on the health marketplace, however, was anything but laudable.

Pauling is largely responsible for the widespread misbelief that high doses of vitamin C are effective against colds and other illnesses. In 1968, he postulated that people's needs for vitamins and other nutrients vary markedly and that to maintain good health, many people need amounts of nutrients much greater than the Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDAs). And he speculated that megadoses of certain vitamins and minerals might well be the treatment of choice for some forms of mental illness. He termed this approach "orthomolecular," meaning "right molecule." After that, he steadily expanded the list of illnesses he believed could be influenced by "orthomolecular" therapy and the number of nutrients suitable for such use. No responsible medical or nutrition scientists share these views.

As far as high dose b-5. According to Oregon State University and all their scientists posting toxicity, its only side effect is diarea with up 20 grams.
Also http://www.acu-cell.com/bx2.html will give therapuetic range of b-5 of 250-20+ grams. as safe. Its a whole lot safer than ACCUTANE i will tell you that right now. Look at the damage this drug has done people. Kids loosing their hair, suicide, lupus, permanent joint damage.

You tell me why Stephen B. never says anything about this? Well then you begin to see motivations.

Stephen B. is notorious for being a pit bull for the Pharmacueutical companies. He goes after alot more than Linus Pauling. Anyone that is in any way against pharm companies. He tries to sue everyone, including the vitamin c foundation and many others including dead people. Bet you didnt know that did ya.

Stephen B. has no business arguing with a two-time nobel prize winner when he himself holds a degree and specializes in physcology.

A physcologist is not qualified to argue with a dead molecular scientist who had nothing but humanitarian reasons for his work.

Sorry I dont agree with that all.

I know all about "Quackwatch" Who do think pays this guy?

The Oregon State University is fully staffed by many, many scientists.
Now you tell me who is qualified.

You need to learn how to distinguish the erroneous info and who puts it out there and WHY that is being done.

Is there anything that works for prevention and treating disease other than a pharm product? Not according to him.

Every time I turn on my TV here in the states there is constantly ads running by attorneys because a pharm product has injured someone.
Class action lawsuits filed no sooner than when these drugs hit the market.

I have read no less than 100 articles on ascorbic acid, many backed by the US government and state Universities stating positive things about it.

Of course your going to come across that article out there that says "oh no thats bad".

Sorry Ive knocked out full blown pneumonia with slightly less than 200 grams of ascorbic in 24 hours which otherwise has been known to kill people within days. I was very impressed with it. Doctors had nothing left to give me.

I get fed up with the lies out there and the disinformation about it.

    http://www.ceri.com/ffredox.htm

    http://www.orthomed.com/titrate.htm

Dr. Robert Cathcart orthomed.com (stamford graduate)

How come Barrett hasnt attacked Dr. Robert Cathcart?
    Because he credible thats why.

If bird flu hits, this is all youve got. You had better educate yourself.

I have my sodium ascorbate and I.V. supplies. What do you have but hope.

There are many, many qualified scientists and docs who back these methods.
They are not patentable, therefore not profitable, therefore a threat and ignored or condemned. Its cheap and easily attainable. Of course its a threat and thats why you need guys like that to act as pit bulls.

Take a good look at how the pharm industry works.

    It all starts with aspirin.

    More and more drugs.

    http://www.knowledgeofhealth.com/rep...gdepletion.jpg

I think Dr. Linus Pauling, Dr. Klenner, Dr. Cathcart, Dr. Ely and all the rest deserve a little more respect. They had no motivation other than humanitarian reasons.

    Later.
