Hi. I am karen strain and am in blaine washington. I will be getting my medical marijuana certificate this month but I have no idea where to go to get the free medical marijuana except that it is in seattle somewhere. I am 48 and suffer from arthritis from feet to hands and am diabetic so I can't take pain meds because they hurt my liver and kidneys which are already at risk. any ideas?
