I've tried that method and it does work fairly well. But you still end up having to air out b/c there's still a little smell left over. That and then you have to come up for an explanation as to why it smells like Downey and you didn't wash any clothes.

Something else that works fairly well without a bunch of rigarmorole is to wet a washcloth and blow the smoke through that. Alot of it will get trapped in the washclothe.
