has anyone ever microwaved their kif into hash?

I've watched alot of hash making videos and talked to a lot of growers about techniques and such but I was wondering about the microwave if I could use it for heating up the kif before I press it into hash?

like how long should i heat it?

has anyone ever used a commercial kif tumbler?

I want one but don't want to wait for shipping! I'd like to make my ow n tumbler

right now I just have a small kiff box that I just put in shake and a few coins and shake it vigorously, Ive been making some fine hash, but I'd like to make some better!

i make bubblehash and to get it into hard nuggets all i do is hand-press a glob into a cube, marble and whatever shapes while it's still wet. i press it when it comes out of the bag and drain until water stops running then shaped by firm squeezing then once dry it's very hard. i have never heard of using heat like that to make hash and would be very concerned the potency would be greatly reduced (along with it still won't be what you're looking for).

the method you are doing is the silk screen then the hash gets wrapped in plastic and wet paper and put in the oven .this is the same method i use and if you put it in the microwave then the heat would be to much and destroy the hash otr as del says lower the potency some what.The reason it is wrapped in wet paper is so that direct heat is not on the hash but the wet paperso just stick to the wet paper method or make bubble hash hope this helps .the posman
