Tis a strain but decideding what strain it is from a pic is impossable...bud looks alright to me though.

can;t tell from pic but has pepper specks? sounds like a made bud possable there THC crys on it or it look processed? legial bud is less common known plants/herbs that they put together for effect like weed.:smokin: but wait thats got a stem it looks like weed IDK need better pic heh:smokin:
