man, iv got all sorts of shit in my room, its a very small room anyway. Should'nt really have a pc in such a confinided space. i'm not exactly sure, i tried to sign up, cuz when i was replacing my cars exhaust system i got the wrong catalytic converter and i was going to sell it on ebay >.< i don't have a bank account, and you have to go through hell to get an account if all you have is a credit card... i'm sure they make money somehow, so there's a good chance they do 'tax' your sales, but i'v enever sold/bought from ebay so i don't know.

DUH!!You think they are doing it for the FUN of it?Of COURSE you pay a fee to ebay,quite a few fees actually.You could say they would be better described as Feepay than ebay.You could very easily spend 20-100$ in various listing fees and end value fees on something like a laptop.

they take a % of the final value, they also charge you $.20 to list plus stuff like $.15 per pic after the first one and $1 to bold and $3 to put a gallery pic etc....

plus most people are going to pay through paypal, and when anyone does that ANOTHER 3% gets taken off. I just sold something for $50 and $2 of that went to paypal and like $3 or $4 to ebay.

You will need a checking account, a card (my visa gold check card works fine). I actually signed up when i was 16, cause im a good kid and got my own bank account and stuff so that i can keep my money safe and now i have a visa card (which is the shitz when you're 16 yo)
