Hydrogen peroxide [HP] is H2O2, it is basically water with an extra oxygen molecule. We all know that oxygen is necessary in plant growth. Air pumps are used in the tanks to keep the water oxygenated. HP added to the water [I add 1 teaspoon per gallon] gives my plants almost twice the root mass. The roots before HP sometimes had a brown tint to them, now they are real white. I've never done any testing concerning the plant size with and without HP, but any stress the plants receive seems to pass quicker with it.
