    protection =[

    hey i had 2 seeds that sprouted and i had them in 2 serperate small pots in my backyard....they were growing fine but then this morning i found out that some little bug or something ate the plant! what can i do next time to prevent this from happening (starting indoors isnt a choice)

    Put a chicken wire fence around it.

    i dont think its an animal...its in my backyard and my backyard is on a hill with high fences. also i cant put wire around it because its in my moms house so i need something more like a smell-repelnt or something like that

    get some neem oil or some organic pest control.
