Vitamin C in OJ makes it slightly better by a very little bit but you can live without it. I usually get immunity defense oj cause its twice the vitamin C.
What I usually experience when I drink oj right after smoking is I start seeing things more colorful and yellow (the color of the drink) Colors become very vivid but that's just me. I offered OJ to my friend who was high and he said it didn't do shit. Just try it and see what it does for you.
