If you mean how many pods would contain that much seeds, I dunno 50-100 maybe. If you mean how many pods it takes to contain enough morphine to equal that many seeds, or more to the point enough to get nicely high on, maybe 2 of the biggest ones. I got 80 of them and ground them all at once, so I'm kinda guessin about how many pods go into my tea. poppystore.com

I'm sorry man, I'm complicating things. If one goes to http://www.poppystore.com/large.html and orders the large seeds (they don't have the bigger ones in stock) then how would one go about getting high for the first time on this stuff as quickly as possible (no growing)? Let me know how many to use too...thanks.

Break off stems, and throw them away. Break the pods open and pour out the seeds. Put the pods in a blender (dry) into a blender and grind them to fine powder. Boil a pint of water. Put about shotglass worth of the powder in a glass or something and pour the water (boiling hot) on them. Let set 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. After 10 minutes strain through something, set the mush aside, you can use it again (weaker, obviously). Drink the tea. You could evaporate the water to give smokable opium, or with some chemistry isolate pure morphine. The tea works so well I never bothered.
