Greetings from Maine

I just found this site, I have been a member of a couple of the other sites out there that got shut down and just found this one. I live in eastern Maine and I'm into outdoor activities like hiking, fishing and organic farming.

Welcome, I'm not from Maine but greater Boston area. Do you make it to the White Mountains in NH or hike mostly in Maine?

Hey guys thanks for the welcome. I used to live in southern Maine, my wife and I moved back up here in October.

Graymatter: When we lived in southern maine we used to hike in NH but now it's quite a drive and we have mountains in the back yard.

Spacelamb: Striped bass fishing is what I'm going to miss living in northern Maine. You can still catch them but you need a boat. I have a small boat but I don't use it in the ocean.
