    on the sixth day...

6 days of jury diliberation and nothing.... I'm still leaning towards Moussaoui's verdict that Bush will pardon him... ...

hard to convict someone of a crime they didn't do, much less one that's made up in the first place...

(AP) Deliberations went into the sixth day Tuesday in the Zacarias Moussaoui sentencing trial, with lawyers and jury consultants saying they believe the chance that of a death sentence diminishes with each passing day.

The jury concluded a fifth day of deliberations Monday without deciding whether to execute Moussaoui â?? the only person in this country charged in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks â?? or sentence him to life in prison.

So far, in more than 28 hours of deliberations spread over five days, the jurors have given few clues into their decision-making process. They have asked only one question â?? a request for a dictionary that was denied by the judge.

One possible indication that jurors are settling in for a long haul came after deliberations concluded Monday: Jurors set a work schedule for themselves for the next week, through May 8. They typically had been setting the schedule only a day in advance.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - A defense psychologist testified Monday that Zacarias Moussaoui is a paranoid schizophrenic with delusions, as defense lawyers presented additional evidence the confessed Sept. 11 conspirator believes he will be freed from prison by President Bush.

Psychologist Xavier Amador testified Moussaoui displays symptoms of the brain disorder, including delusions and disorganized thoughts and speech.

Moussaouiâ??s court-appointed defense lawyers believe he has lied on the witness stand twice about having a role in the nationâ??s worst terrorist attack in order to achieve martyrdom through execution or an enhanced role in history.

    Defendantâ??s after-trial plans
He added that he has dreamed Bush will release him before leaving office in 2009 as part of a prisoner exchange for U.S. troops captured abroad, and said he is convinced that will occur. <<<<sounds delusionsional to me

Dr. Xavier Amador is an adjunct professor in Clinical Psychology at Teacherâ??s College, Columbia University in New York City and is on the Board of Directors of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI). He is a clinical psychologist who treats adults, children, and adolescents in individual, couples and family therapy.

and Bong I am a person who believes in a trial, both people presenting their side of the story and having people making their own mind up about it... (I linked you to my side) ...something you fail to participate in... but thanks for all that info... it taught me a lot and now I see why you believe it... by the way, how's that million... and once again shut the fuck up with me if you're going to talk about this...

I didn't say I loved the guy... all I was asking Bong to do is stop posting behind me with ignorant crap... it's stupid and annoying... I want to learn something here not put up with a two year old fucking up the flow...

thanks for the link, that's all I want Bong to do... I don't care what you think, you should know that from the debate you and I had about the marches... we can talk about it and it evolved into a good discussions about the matter and I think it sounded like me and you agreed in the end to some extent... that's what I'm expecting here... people to talk about politics and help each other learn ... that's what I expect in a political forum, if I'm wrong... sorry... but all I'm asking is to say why you believe what you are posting... 90% of the time people do it... look you did it, dog made a reference to yours, and he has posted about what he is talking about under a new thread, and eg did it... Bong is the only one and he is doing it in every thread... all I am asking is him to say something worth a shit... that's it...
