Lighting Question
CAN I HAVE ONE? PRETTY PLEASE WITH SUGER ON TOP.

Lighting Question Well im getting 3 free 400 watt hps lights because they were stolen and my friend can't hold any hot items in his house anymore... So i was wondering, why do people use weak lights during veg, then stronger lights during flowering?.. Is that a must?.. Can i just use a HPS for the whole grow?...
