Not Really, maybe where i fight him at well cause problems, i have had problems with people that i hang out with, with this whole stealing shit, but by the end of the day after searching all day they would give it back, but this kid is just different...

Beating this kid up isnt a good idea. You might hit him and he might fall and hit his head and go into a coma, lead to death, etc etc. You go to jail.
The best way to get back at someone who has wronged you is to keep living your life being happy and successful. Thats the best pay-back.
Knocking his teeth out will leave you with huge dentist bills to pay. Buy your self another mp3 and choose your friends more wisely.
Being a man isnt always having the biggest punch. Sometimes it is being smarter than those who have did you wrong. Nate will get his. He has to go through life being him. That must really suck.

You don't have to fight him to get your mp3 player back, fighting will just escalate the problem. We aren't cavemen anymore, we can settle things peacefully. Just go up to him and be like "hey, have you seen my mp3 player? I left it on the fridge." if he says no (which he probably will) just say "damn, well I was going to report it to the police as stolen, are you sure you haven't seen it? You could get suspended for stealing yknow?" It could be utter BS, just tell him subtly that you know he took it, and he will most likely give it up.

So I have an MP3 player too. I go to a shitty ghetto alternative school and I swear I put it on the desk before I went to the bathroom. I'm looking everywhere before class ends tryin' to find it..swearin' this girl stole it from me because at the time, it just made sense.
Turns out it was in the bathroom.

Point of story, make SURE he has it and don't accuse..confront.

His being on probation should be a red flag. Be a bigger person and walk away. Only fight when there is no alternative.
You punch Nate and you just might be sharing his P.O. with him, and you dont want that.
As for him stealing from you? call the cops, they arrest him and contact his PO. You really dont need to prove anything to be a man. Being a man is much much more than fighting those who have wronged you.
