Actually, I have heard of cannabis plants that contain no THC, though ive never seen it, so i might be wrong

well there are strains that are cloned until theres no more THC left in them. britain grows hemp plants for actual resources other than getting stoned.

No, not EVERY part has THC. Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol is found in leaves, buds, stems, and a very small trace in roots, but so little in roots you couldnt use it for ANYTHING. The seeds contain absolutly NO THC-9 which is why they are legal in most countries, even where growing is illegal. America is one that decides even seeds should be illegal, which is silly. The only illegal part of cannabis is THC and seeds contain none so i dont know why they think they can make seeds illegal too!

Damn, we got them in UK too, hemp seed, all been treated, normally for fishing, but un treated ones are also legal... It's just illegal to germinate them lol. But like anyone listens!
