the egg lives for 48 hours, that doesn't mean as long as you don't have sex durring this certain 48 hour period, that you/she can't get pregnant... i guess we're both right, it depends on how you take it. i took the statement as the old "if i have sex durring such and such day i can't get pregnant even if i don't use birthcontrol". i felt i needed to correct that, before someone makes a mistake and winds up pregnant based on that information.
agreed, it would be irresponsible for the adults of the forum to encourage any sort of birth control based on days and timing. especially for a teenager, most 18 year olds are not aware of their bodies cycle and how to know if youre ovulating...get some birthcontrol..
