Actually i figured out the problem...I have a Warm white CF. Which pumps out more of the red spectrum than anything else. Meaning its not gettin the right kind of light it wants for veggin. I plan on buying a socket splitter and gettin a cool white light to put in there. That way its gettin closer to full spectrum. I cant seem to be able to find any full spectrum CFs..If anyone knows where i can get one holla at me...
