What you need to do is walk down the proper street in Saskatoon at 8:00 PM, or even walk through a mall or carnival wearing a yellow (or other bright color) sweater that you wrote GROW HEMP FOR VICTORY, SMOKE MORE BITCH LESS, etc. (profanities work well) with permanent marker... or go to any party with a blunt in your hand... btw where in Sask do you live?
