Yeah man, i think you should stick with the girl you got now, if you like her, that is. haha. But if the other girls got a b/f then i don't think theres any point of breakin up with tht other girl until the bottom girl breaks up with her b/f at least. Just roll with it. lol.

without a doubt. we have actually gone out a couple times already. she actually loves hanging out and smoking and talking to and with me. shes always calling to see if she can see me for a little while between classes. its nice, i like it. and she laughs at everything that i say. which is kind of odd for people out side of my close friends. so either A) shes faking it. 2. shes likes it. or D) i dont know. (just gotta have 3 answers).

Alright man, you obviously like the botony girl more than other one. So, here's ya do. 1. Don't announce to the botony chick that you're taken. 2. Work on your game with her, and when you think you got it, get her number and take her out. 3. Go ahead and roll along with the other one until things get going with the botony chick.
And ya, just cuz she has a boyfriend does not mean that she is out of reach. It's not too tough to get a girl away from her boyfriend provided she doesn't love him. All you have to do is be better than her boyfriend. If she is in fact attracted to you (and it sounds like she is going off of what you provided) you shouldn't have too much trouble. Assuming you know what you're doing...
