True, snakes want to see us a lot less than we want to see them. I'm always amazed at how many people are terrified of snakes, any snakes, poisonous or not. I've always loved them I have a habit of picking them up and moving them off of trails, for their own safety, if I see them. It really freaks people out. I was mnt biking with this guy who was an ex-marine and pretty hard core. He was a bit in front of me and when I came aound the corner I saw he had just stopped. There was a pretty small gardner snake sunning himself on the trail and my friend wouldn't go near it. The guy, ex-marine don't forget, nearly shit his pants when I walked over and casually picked it up. LOL. I won't even begin to describe my wife's reactions when I do it around her. Worst thing that ever happened was that a snake pissed on me once.

Stoned and looking for rattlesnakes Man, I love the summer time Lots of hiking, smokin and exploring Today was very warm and I decided to take a short hike and see if I could find some rattlesnakes. Unfortunately, I didn't see any but I did see a nice lizard and a coyote on my walk. I took some pictures and even did a few self timed pictures of myself. Late Rating: 5
