They are HPS mate, at least around south east UK cos i have a mate who works for the people who go round putting new lamps in and cleaning them.

Altohugh we cant use them because they are something like 330 volts and our domestic is only 240 volts... i dunno why they have their own power line but oh well.

Altohugh some of the more yellow lamps around round abouts is LPS.

Yeah HPS I think because I asked someone about this street light where I worked in the yard and I think he said HPS, may of only been 150 or 250 watt or something like that.
You know your a grower when ya go around judging the size of normal plants and compare them to weed. Ya smell the scent of a plant and wonder if weed could ever smell that way.

Ya,I checked the one in front of my house. It's HPS,I can tell by the color.
Maybe it's a got different volts so noone can steal them and use them to grow. lol
