These are some pics of my buddt's plants. The small one is deformed and the bigger one seem to be doing well. The small one is 2 wks the bigger one is 4 weeks. Just fishing for some input.

In my un-expert opinion, they look good. Much better than mine at weeks 2 and 4.

What light will he be using?
What are those "plugs" in the soil? Starter plugs or something?

You guys think they look good? I laughed when I first saw the small one. I think it looks mutated. We took down 2 compact flouresents and put up a 250 hps. I know that because I helped him put it up. The pics were taken the same day. We thought something was wrong with them, but you guys think they're o.k.

they do seem a tad small for the amount of time in veg. What wattage flouroswere u using?

Here are a couple more. They were on 2x43w cfl for 4 weeks b4 the hps. How is it looking btw? Any advice?
