Yea I think holding your toke is one of those things from the 70s that our generation needs to change. straight up, i smoke before i vap, the vap high is more intense, but for me, dont last as long as say a bong rip, but im not as high off the bong but the length of the high is much longer than the vap. so i mix it up. but i hold the vapor hit in, and it seems to get me higher.
yo lip, i happen to one of those people who dont hold thier hits in because it dosnt work! for me. i thought the same thing about vaporizers, but if you get one, dont stop smokin, do both and you will get a high that is....oh wait....ah man.....i am sooo high right now..........i have no ideaOHYEAH!
