Depends on the prosecutor... generally they will make a deal, especially if you come in with an attorney. Though technically, the prosecutor may amend the ticket to address the 93 mph speed. Usually this is only done if you refuse to take their offer and want a hearing on the ticket. Your chances of getting the points eliminated or reduced depends on 2 things: (1) your driving record and (2) if you were cordial to the cop.
