 will this work.It will help to some degree...as long as you are doing the exercise to flush the THC out of your fat cells back into your blood and urine stream. I have been taking green tea caps (about 4 a day) for a week, as well as a hard 20-30 minutes on a treadmill every morning. I have been drinking cranberry, water, taking niacin, B-12 and trimspa to increase metabolic rate. Improved diet too. I have been keeping very busy (e.g. 3 hours of hot, sweaty yard work including walking 3 miles behind a lawn mower yesterday in hot weather...yeah I have a big yard) and haven't smoked in over 2 weeks. I'm 6'2" 186 lbs (was 195 a week ago) and I stilled failed a home test this morning after many years of continuous moderate daily consumption.  I'm planning on a full detox whatever happens ( I have already been offered one good job that doesn't need a pee test but really want the one that does).
 
 I plan to continue the regime and home testing and will probably publish a detox diary here when I am clean so others can hopefully benefit from my experience. The only problem is, with aall the "supposed" detox products I am taking (niacin, cranberry, green tea) there will be no way of telling which (if any...and I seriously doubt any of them) are having a positive effect.
 
 My personal belief is the only two things that will have any affect are exercise and time.
