found inexpensive ballasts
I found this site and they've got raw ballasts for a wide range of wattages and fairly inexpensive bulbs too:

I may give them a try as I'd like a 70 watter for a small scrog setup as a little side project. Anyone had any experience with them yet?mountainman Reviewed by mountainman on . found inexpensive ballasts I found this site and they've got raw ballasts for a wide range of wattages and fairly inexpensive bulbs too: http://www.e-conolight.com/Product/EProducts.asp?ProductFamilyID=14 I may give them a try as I'd like a 70 watter for a small scrog setup as a little side project.
