    I've similar problems. Anxiety is easy to control. Anxiety is fear, in short. In some cases it can be a mild obsessiveness with thoughts or actions. Meditation is great and all, I remember you referenced it in one of your previous posts, but you must remember that with meditation it too is a form of suppressing "evil"...or maybe I did it wrong? lol

    There's some simple steps you can take to control your anxiety. You can ask yourself if what you're thinking is even probable. If it is and you truly believe that it can happen, then ask yourself if there are other alternatives to handling the situation if it becomes present. For instance, if you're thinking that someone is going to beat you up because you think that they don't like you for whatever reason, ask yourself if it's possible to talk things out, reach an understanding. There's many, many alternatives to many situations. Another thing...

    Self-awareness. This is by far the greatest instrument! It allows you to be aware of the action, thought, emotion at hand. Thus, allowing you to cope. Remember to never take these thoughts at face value. Re-label it as anxiety, instead of identifying with it, because once you identify with it, then you're contributing to the tool that's trying to control you. You're defeating yourself. Anxiety is harmful enough, you don't need low self-esteem and low self-worth alongside. I've done a lot of self-evaluation, which comes from a lot of self-awareness...and boy, I tell you what! I was at the bookstore today, and I swear I could've bought about ten books on psychological disorders! lol...I truly believe my main problem is anxiety though. It's a bad one, man. Really, perhaps the worst. It can ruin your life. I mean to scare you, because it's something that should be dealt with. Fear is mans worst enemy. Pandora's Box is no joke. That curious bitch should be struck down by Zeus Almighty! Sent to live with the peasants or something. Shit, summon the Kraken on the bitch! lmao...oh, I watch too much Clash of the Titans.

    I've read a lot about these things, man. So if you ever need someone to talk to about yourself, I'm all ears. I've got email, it's [email protected] or PeaceGMaid on aim, whichever. Though I must tell you that I rarely check my email and hardly sign on to aim, but I'll try to make an exception for you, bro. Just because we've always had similar thoughts, feelings, the works! Haha...and I thought I wouldn't like someone who was very similar to myself. I'm here for you, dude. Everyone is. You're a likable person, I'm sure anyone would assist you at the drop of a hat.

    Yea it is easy to control, and your right we do have similar thoughts

    I will book a appoitment with my doc and keep all informed.
