I disagree with all of you. Weed does make it more difficult to learn. Maybe not so much as an adult, but I know that when me and my friends smoke school is much harder. But after about a few days, I feel fine again. Plus, when I'm stoned I get really detached from myself and feel bad about what i'm doing with my life. But weed has plenty of problems and spreading all of your pro-weed propaganda makes you no better than the government you protest.

Well I think it varies person to person.
Some people can learn while high, some can't.
I can still easily get ripped and go to class ready to take notes and absorb.
It's all about self-motivation.
Weed just messes with people's attention spans
And makes learning not so fun.

I dont smoke before school, I'm saying that if I smoke on sunday, I feel cloudy on monday. Kind of like an alcohol hangover but without all of the headache and irritability.

of course youre gonna feel burnt out
and also get some good weed
and the burnout wont be as bad
drink alot of water before bed
get to sleep early (9-10)
eat breakfast the next day

I'm depressed at this thread. Not at Tim, I think his attempts to re-sort what's up is a good move, regardless of his end decision, but there should be less negativity in the community.

Tim if you want to quit or experiment with quitting, or just cutting down, go for it. Life doesn't write anything in stone. Maybe the time constraints of your life right now don't allow for the time to study and smoke in the ways you'd prefer. That's cool, life is always changing. I think it's better to take a sabbatical from smoking and sort out major hurtles in life occassionally, rather than start stumbling or just stop moving because all the choices are made to justify pot usage.
That being said, nature is one of the most amazing things to observe while high, and I hope you continue to find time for it as you can...

If a smoker want's to cut down, or even quit, why are some of you so threatened by that decision? You're no different than anti-drug sXe punks, spouting rhetoric without any human consideration.
Drugs should be something people can freely approach and make their own decisions about, not a wall between users and non-users.

It's a stereotype that ALL drug users are cowards seeking to hide from reality by growing comfortably numb to the real world. Blut it's also ignorance to not realise that those people do exist.

Don't be one. Let's break the mold here and maybe within our own drug culture, accept people for who they are and not be threatened when the choose to be different.
