Oh yeah, you need to wean them into full strength nutes too. I don't mix anything to avoid confusion. I use fox farm grow big with a drop or two of superthrive for the veg stage. I give them 1/4 strength nutes the first three days, 1/2 strenth the next three, then it's full on chemical saturation. I've always had great results, and as far as I know I've never had a nute problem. I just follow the instructions on the bottle.
