Why did you start smoking cigs

If you smoke cigs (or used to) why did you start, i dont really know why i started i just sort of got persuaded to try it by a friend and just found myself buying them more often and i just got addicted.

Its a really stupid thing to do because if you figure out how much money you could save if you dont smoke you would be suprised.

Whats the point in paying for cancer anyway, my friend has quit smoking 3 years ago and im still hooked im them i find them really hard to give up, its like its almost impossible.

pretty much the same reason u started dude..."cuz my m8s do it"... back then (13 years old) we thought it was cool now i regret it and want to stop, but... if i didnt smoke cigs i probably would not have tried weed.

i worked in a truck where every1 of my partners smoked cigs. pack a day for 7 months, but i quit cold turkey. well, the first week i rolled a couple of jay's with tabacco in them to quit. but niccotine free 4 1 year!

precisely. i dont remember when i first tried a cigarette, prolly to fit in with the group i was with, but i didnt get hooked until a lil over a year ago. i stopped smoking jacks after 8th grade, smoked maybe 10-12 jacks while i was in high school. then haning out with ppl last year and getting high, i smoked a few. then on new year's we hung out with 2 girls that smoked, and it pretty much stuck with me since then.

I started smoking when I turned sixteen, consider it an invitation to my death...or a present. I'm eighteen now and I've been smoking righteously ever since. Can't say I hate it and can't say I love it, but it's something to do. Especially when you've an overactive chemical inbalance. It's a good thing to deter your focus.

I work at a gas station where all my coworkers do is get high and smoke cigs. Before that, I had quit for a long time (unless you count finals weeks). Prob. going to quit again and stick to pot.

i started cuz i was baked and my friend told me if i had a newport while baked it got you higher, so he lended me one and i like'd it after alot of coughing, and from then on i've been smoking a pack a day..
