In nature those seeds would remain on the plant until she has died in the fall. They fall off and sit dormant on/in the soil until the spring when the process is repeated. You must have a degree of patience when flowering with or without seeds.

Ok, I know atleast one grow I do I'm gonna have a female and male plant in the same room...so when the female gets pollinated how can I tell when the seeds are mature enough?
