I have an AK(romanian sar-1), and so could anyone else that has about 300 dollars. You only need a class 3 if it's fully auto-mine is semi. It takes about 6 months to get one, and you have to do several things such as provide a passport pic for each gun, and you don't have to be a cop or a ex military officer.
