I don't think they're advising you not to grow in your own yard due to the climate...more like the american law enforcement.

My Palestinian friend offered to sell me some of his purple weed crossed with Skunk 1 seeds so I can grow for my personal use. I know it takes like 8 weeks to flower but what are the best cultivation methods. I'm getting them pretty cheep so money is not an issue so how many should I order?
