From what i can see......the tips of your leaves are very brown/burnt. The droopiness and the burning are both indications that you are over fertilizing them. Just use plain water for a while and see if it clears up. Dont over water, and if your plants are small the direct intense heat from the sun will cause plant to droop and stagnate(it wont grow) Young plants are very sun sensative..especially when they are exposed to uninterupted long hours of sunlight. When i did my growing outside i always used five gallon buckets to plant them in so i could move them to shade during the hot hours. Right around august , just before flowering, i would plant them in holes directly in the sun, since the earth is starting to tilt, the days are shorter, and the sun isnt as hot.
