yeah dude its happened to me, me and my friend smoked a joint then we smoked a cigar and a couple cigs, and i puked all the way home it was nasty, it just happens sometimes man i dunno

A few months back I was smoking and drinking with some friends. Normally I'm not a big drinker, but I've never puked while drinking before. I smoked about two bowls.. maybe three.. and drank 4 smirnoff... and as usual.. was chaining smoking. Half way through my third cig, I felt REALLY sick and had to sit in the bathroom. About an hour later I was paying homage. After I puked I felt fine. I blamed it on my inexpiriance Rating: 5

Ive never seen somone puke from smoking in the almost 4 years i have been smoking weed, i know people that have but thats becuase it was there first time and i dunno there body just reacted different.

As far as I know, it doesn't. I mean I was still high after I got sick, But it wasn't a normal high. Normally, I'm really chilled, and laid back, laughing, just having a good time. But this was like.. I just drank a bottle of vodka and it wants out high. I was stumbling, couldn't walk, dizzy, everything was spinning. It wasn't normal for me. I've been smoking since I was about 15.. so I guess about 3 years and in that time those are the only two instances I've had like that.
But it works different for everyone. You might never get sick, you might get sick every other time. Everyones different.

It's good to drink lots of water and exercise, and it will reduce certain sensitivities including any anxiety you might feel when smoking.

Cigarettes are a bad deal, u know. I smoke a decent amount of pot a day, and whenever I smoke even 2 cigarettes in a day, I sometimes have breathing problems or I feel naseous. Now, if you're high when that happens, anxiety will take over.

In fact, because pot is 'hallucinogenic' to a degree, I find it better to be somewhere where you feel most comfortable, for example not using it while out drinking or whatnot. I like to smoke after a night out, before I go to sleep.

I don't know, some people might not experience heightened sensitivity when smoking, but if you're already a sensitive person (which, u know we all are to a degree) it can happen.

I would recommend replaying the nights events and really examining the cause of the nausea. Whether it be a mix of events, what you ate that day (or didn't eat), how much water you drank or drink, how active you are, how you were feeling earlier, your levels of sensitivity to the world...yadda yadda.
