personally i'd take dex over ritalin, in fact i've taken both in the last 24 hours. you might try just taking more dex, usually to get a good crank goin i take about 90+ mg of adderall, which is half dex. you problem may be the dosage. if you still like ritalin better i'd tell your shrink that dex last too long, or come up with some problem like that. tell him that youd like to swith to ritalin because you've heard it's more mild but still stops the add. basically make it look like your concerned about your health or something of that matter.

Dex/Ritalin Not sure if this is the right forum but i have a buddy that has a dextroamphetamine script and we both think ritalin works much better for partying. trying to get him to switch but he thinks it may raise suspicion with his shrink as he doesnt actually have ADD in the first place. anyone know a valid reason as to why you would switch from dex to ritalin?
