help with grams and dimes

Around here (Detroit,MI) the prices go like this:
$5=2.0-2.5
$10=3.0-3.5
$20=4.0-5.0
$30=8.3ish
$60=16
$110-$150=32
USD=Grams
Keep in mind that this is some pretty good bud. It doesn't look that good but it packs a punch.
