Hey Seasoned,

Let me tell you, that my SCRoG experience is ahead of yours by barely 2 weeks. That's the total amount of my SCRoG experience... so take my advice with a pound of salt.

Anyways, the training, bending and tying... it's REALLY easy. You know the plants are kind of flexible? Well, use just that... carefully "weave" them into the screen.

From my 1st time experience right now, I can tell you that I don't "weave many times" one branch. There isn't a branch that's long enough to "weave many times" in one instance.

^^^ That last thing I said is kind of confusing, so let me try and elaborate:::
I've seen my branches poke through the screen, then be like 4 or 5 inches above the screen. That's when I take them and "weave" them into the screen. But, when you bend them, you have "enough branch" for like 1 "weaving" through the screen holes.

It isn't like a branch will be enough to "weave through" four or five holes in one "training session".

So the screen training (weaving) is step by step... little by little.

After one "weaving session", a couple of days, and the plant will have grown in length more... and it'll be reaching for the skies (and the lights). So when you have "enough branch" once again, you do another "weaving session".

That's my experience so far... I might be doing it wrong. In any event, I'm going to snap some before/after pictures of my handy work, and upload, so you can judge for your self.

Best to you Seasoned, and let's see how we both do!,
