You need one of those kind they install under commercial hoods in restaurants. I cannot remember the name of them to save my azz at the moment tho. I know they are very expensive, need professional installation, and checked yearly as well. Not very practical in your case. But, they are self contained and meant for chemical/electrical fires. And in the event it does go off, what a mess ya got to clean up, cause that white powder in them goes all over the damn place.
