I've read multiple times before that 95% of the thc is absorbed within 5 seconds of inhalation. Lip is correct that when you hold your hits in you're not getting higher. What you are doing is creating oxygen deprivation resulting in a placebo effect of you getting higher. Each to his own at the end of the day but you definately don't need to hold it for 18 seconds...

Read my example you could not hold your breath for 5 secounds and release then Not take another breath AS LONG AS if you Took a Breath and held it and released after 18 sec. Point is that im trying to make is there no Way that im getting oxygen derpravation from 18 secounds of holding my breath . I actually read in a thread here that the longer you hold it in there is more thc but its not really worth it. Like after one sec you absorb 66% then 2 secs its like 30% then 3 secs is like 2% and 4% is less then 1%. It wasnt those exact numbers but pretty similar. After a couple seconds most of thc is absorbed.

Learn what your talking about. Engage brain, then answer. How long have you been smoking? I can almost guareentee that i have been smoking longer, and therefore know more. The THC is absorbed almost instantly. If you breathe out naturally then the THC content of the smoke your breathing out would be so small its not worth holding in.
