many of us here have been clamoring not only for a meet and greet but also to be able to share our common interest. to this end, i'd like to solicit your best ideas WHERE we might be able to make this happen. again, it has to be a setting where we can actually lit up. someone's house is obviously ideal but rather unrealistic for starters. how friendly is your corner coffeeshop? by the lake?

my 2 cents - i do have a few marriott rewards i'm willing to spend for a suite at any marriott.

Actually, a hotel meet would probably be ideal. I'm new to the area so I don't know of any cafes or shops that would let you smoke. The only thing I'd caution on is that you'd have to setup a way to get invites out to the appropriate people. I've met one person here and I'm sure he could vouch for me and others, which could vouch for one other person, and so on and so forth,
...I said my piece, so now, I hush.
