Do you put the roach in before or after rolling.

i used to always roll the j first and then put the roach in, i could never do it with it in to start, and then one day i just understood how to do it, and now i always roll with the roach in on the right side :rasta:

Same here, when I started skining up my Js were woeful, then when I switched to putting the roach in first they got so much better soooo fast. In Scotland almost everyone puts the roach in after and it's not nearly as good. (Damn Scots!)
