i see so if i bought a 250W HPS then i'll be drawing 250W out of the wall with a ballest or actually 120V out of the wall that is transformed to 250W?
GrowinGreen23 Reviewed by GrowinGreen23 on . are these treated the same as When people talk abot wattage on a CFL you hear that it can be a true 42 watter meaning that it takes 42W to power it and it puts out 150W Does this same principle go for HPS, LPS, and MH bulbs, for example if you have a 250W HPS bulb does it require 250W to power it and put out a different amount?
