As far as I know, your eyes use blood (and tears0 as a natural lubricant to dispose of pesky foreign objects. My cousin cut her eye up real bad once, there was blood everywhere, you couldn't see her eyes because of it. (Just for you people who are interested, no, she didn't lose any of her vision.) So I don't believe there's anything wrong with your eyes.

And to answer your question, no, glasses won't help. I've been wearing glasses pretty much all my life, and all I have is super-sensitive eyes.
