Bronchitis
I am sick as a dog and the doctor just told me today it is probably bronchitis. I got an antibiotic for it but does anyone know if I can still smoke the MJ with bronchitis and also is there anything I can do to help put me to sleep at night?

The THC (Delta-9-Tetahydrocannabinol has anti-biotic properties, so it CANT make it any worse. I have had chest infections go away within a day after smoking bud, but i have never had Bronchitis.
Hope you get better soon bro..

Wow after all these stories about marajuana actually helping people, the FDA really needs to reconsider making marajuana legal.Oh my bad i forgot that if that ever happend the farmasutical companys would lose all there preacious money, from people finally realizing that cannabis works way more better than all these crappy OTC drugs that everybodys hooked on.Not to mention the dangerous side effects.I buy a drug to help me with my headaches and i end up getting diarreha. Thanks a lot.

mj is good for you. Alright will you guys stop replaying the myths of mj being bad. With all the research and reading I have done it's good for you. It's the lowest toxic drug known to man. There are no harmful side effects. The cannaboids are made by your own body. This is why it's so good for us. Alcohol very bad and cigarettes really bad. So if you do those that's how you're fucking up your health. mj has a protective effect against cancer. It works for glaucoma, asthma. It's a vasodialator, cigs are a vasoconstrictor.
Now I have cured someone of chronic bronchitis. They had taken antibiotics for 6 months and no effect. I use homeopathic medicine and it works!!!!
Now, when you lay down does it feel like your chest is filling up with fluid?

Yo man I just got brochitis, came up with an alternative to smoking. Some herbal tea, check http://boards.cannabis.com/showthread.php?t=63555
I did some research off webMD and they say not to smoke anything when you have brochitis. Even one puff of cig or joint will make things worse, they claim. Since cilia, the hairs in your throat and brochial passage, assist in moving phlegm and mucus out of your body, smoke will only damage them and make it harder to get rid of them. If the phlegm and mucus don't leave you are prone to worse infections and more uneasiness.
Hope you feel better, I am starting too........
