OK, this got all confused...
PH is the most important thing to deal with, or the 1st thing you should address.

The MG deficiency (if that is what the problem in the leaves.) is caused by TOO WET/TOO ACIDIC (which means,
PH is TOO LOW)

this is a cut/copy/paste of what I posted above...

a]. Too wet/cold of soil,
b]. Too acidic/cold of soil...
c]. Too Low a PH causes an excess of nitrogen, potassium, and calcium to be available to plant and locks out magnesium.
adjust PH
cut back on EC/ppm's (which means, cut back on nutes...leaching is a good alternative, precautionary adjustment)to allow water to evaporate at a higher rate and allows the availability of Magnesium...end of paste...

so you must address the PH problem 1st...buy a ph pen.
measure ph of water run-off, to determine ph.

by leaching* you remove all the salts that could cause a lock-up...
*leaching: with water(you can place them in the shower), or, pour 3 times the capacity of container through pot and drain off, use oscillating fan to help dry up the wet soil...
when soil dries almost completely...Add a fresh batch of 'Pro Nutes' for soil or soil/hydro...

I recommend. Pure blend pro, because it works great, it is organic...And I don't think you wil find One hydro store operator that will Bad Mouth it. they all tell me It is tried and true. I use it on all my vegetables...I use AN/GH
3-part for 'our' plant.

Pure blend Pro organic nutes will take alot of the guess work out of your growing...It is safe, I have used it for about 8 months, I veg my MUMs with the PBP VEG formula for hydro*

*make sure you get PBP for Soil/Bloom Formula...
You hardly use and VEg formula, but If you can afford the luxury your next grow...Buy the VEg, also!

I hope this helps. Remember I agree with britewire on the fact that PH must be addressed, I just don't agree with his PH level, suggestions... that's All...I gotta go tend to the Garden...
