It is a magnesium deficiency. Mg def. is caused by:

a]. too wet/cold of soil, b]. too acidic/cold of soil...
Too low a PH causes an excess of nitrogen, potassium, and calcium to be available to plant and locks out magnesium.
adjust PH
cut back on EC/ppm's to allow water to evaporate at a higher rate and allows the availability of Magnesium.

treatment:
a. 2tsp epsom salts per gallon. until leaves regain good color...starting from the top down.
b. keep rootzone at least 70 degrees

Question's:
1.what ph is your soil...with mg def., one should run ph above 6.5

2. what nutes? at what mixture? are you using.

3. What type of soil?

4. how old is plant and what photoperiod are you in?
