I mean what the hell do they think I'm gonna say, "yeah man I was smoking a fatty!"

that's top notch police work there!
they get a call and then have three cops walk up to a guy at a bus stop and ask such a stupid question!
seattle420 Reviewed by seattle420 on . a mugging in shoreline, and a toker too! the other day, 4/20 I witnessed a mugging in the fred meyer parking lot. it was about 11:30 at night there is a cop station about a block away but it took 15 minutes for a cop car to get there they dispatcher on the 911 phone was asking so many questions that it took a long time. and in the meantime the mugger got in a car and drove away, with the victims backpack. I saw the guy who was chased. he was running for his life! but the mugger cuaght him and tackled him. by then the Rating: 5
