Seeking friendly neighbors to the north, hook up and/or party.

Also seeking magic beans, reliable strains. I was disappointed last month, no over the counter beans in Montreal. Is anyone still selling over the counter or has everyone gone underground (mail order only) awaiting Mr Emery's outcome?
