kaneh bos, i think your best option is hittin' the bars and looking for stoney lookin' people, bikers, old hippies, etc. buy 'em a few drinks and drop some hints. i have used this before and had success when i moved into a new area where i had zero hook-ups. go to the bars on nights when live music is being played and pick bands that would attract the crowd your looking for. good luck!
